  We have been at your place for only one night. We booked two rooms for this weekend (Feb 20/21) and we really liked it. But the best experience was your service. One of the rooms was really noisy and we sent a short whatsapp message to Rachel who was in charge that night. She was so kind, and nice and showed a lot of empathy. It took her only one second to offer us a new room which was perfect. Thanks a ton, Rachel, for being there when it mattered, no matter whether it is 10am or 10pm. Well done!!

  We had a lovely stay at Sóller Plaza. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. At first, we were a bit concerned to learn that breakfast was served at a nearby café instead of on-site, but it turned out to be more than excellent – fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The only downside is that it’s relatively pricy compared to similar options in the area, but overall the experience was well worth it. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in the heart of Sóller.

  We had an amazing time in Soller thanks to the Soller Plaza. Hidden down a small side road just off the main square it would have been hard to get closer to the centre without having a bedroom window onto it all. The receptionists were friendly and filled us up with information and lots of smiles (thank you all). Thank you to the cleaning staff also, wonderful job. Tip for anyone considering; the ground floor rooms don't have an outside window which might be off-putting for some but we were fine with it because the room itself was so good. We really enjoyed ourselves there. Thank you so much.
