  - Whole house looked like a museum so this was really awesome. - Breakfast was ok, not the best but honest work - Rooms were clean but no slipper. We asked to exchange the towels but I think they didn’t understand our English - When you stay here, you must have a car

  This property is nowhere near 4-star standard, more like 2-3 at best. The pool area was dirty and overgrown, with guests having to clean leaves and bugs from the water themselves. Ants were all around the sunbeds. Housekeeping was poor — bed linens weren’t changed for days, and staff seemed unhappy when asked to do basic tasks. Toiletries were missing or non-functional. Staff were generally hard to find when needed. Breakfast was repetitive and very limited (bread, a few fruits, coffee machine, and sometimes eggs if you arrived early). The hotel is also in a remote location, so without a car you’re stuck. Overall, one of the worst and least professional hotel experiences we’ve had — definitely not worth the price. Im amazed there are not more negative reviews

  We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous old, grand property. The staff and friendly and accommodating and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool is clean and relaxing with many sun beds and seating areas. The breakfast has a wide variety of local fresh foods. We made use of the sauna which was a great addition to our stay. The hotel is near many wineries and not too far from soller and Deia for a day trip. Overall we loved our staying and would return!
