Not recommended, the woman working there was rude and impolite. We wanted to rent bikes at 12 am for the whole day and although the rental office was open till 21 and there were many bikes available, the women told us that we can only rent bikes till 6 pm (paying for the whole day) and if it we don’t agree we can go to the other rental company that is nearby. After that we decided not to rent bikes there. The truth is there are many better rental companies in Cala bona with nice and friendly staff.

Terrible service. We rented the largest four seater bike (two adults two children) cycled all the way from Cala Bona to Sa coma and the chain from the drivers side came off. We tried for an hour to fix the bike with zero luck due to the size and weight of the bike. We had to push the bike the whole way back. The two adults were just not strong enough to cycle the bike with the four of us. We rented the bike for the entire day at €70 and planned to be out until late. We had to return the bike and told them we were happy to pay for the hour the bike actually worked and would like a refund for the remaining hours - they refused and would only give us €25 back after arguing for 15 mins. We are not unreasonable people but they did not care in the slightest. Caution when paying for an entire day because if you have problems you may also be stuck and out of pocket. Just as we were about to leave we were told we could have phoned a small number on the back of the bike, obviously this was not told to us at the point of rental. Extremely disappointing

Very helpful and understanding. We first got the family bikes, and it was fun. We felt another day that we would like to explore more, so we got normal bikes with childsits.
