We stayed here for 11 nights in September/October firstly in a premium then a delux apartment, the only difference being a side sea versus a full sea view. The apartments are built in a u shape around a central pool which is down the Llenaire end of the port so a 10 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Nearest beach in front is Tamarells with lots of white sand, shallow seas, sunbeds and parasols (21 euro to rent 2 beds for a day). We come here usually twice a year to the island and this area in particular but have never stayed here before. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is good. The concept is a good one but this currently is not an adults only venue so in season there are lots of children and teenagers and in spring/autumn lots of cyclists who are up very early. Our main criticism is of the noise. The sound proofing at this venue is really awful. You can hear absolutely everything from one room and one level to the next. Sadly many guests have no concept of noise so slam doors, play loud music etc. so if you are hoping for a quiet relaxing stay frankly don’t come here!! The apartments are simply furnished, the quality of the beds, pillows and bedding very poor- very thin mattresses, hard pillows . The kitchenette has a small fridge, stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. You have to pay extra for pods and to use the safe! The shower is decent but there is an awful smell from drains. Our first apartment was not that clean, and cleaning/towel change is only every 3 days! We had a side sea view overlooking a building site with workers on site at 0730 most mornings. For us we found the whole experience disappointing and exhausting.

We have stayed at the Hobby Club a number of times previously and never had any issues which is why we booked again for this August. However this time we could not get any sunbeds at the pool, not a major problem with the beach across the road but is always nice to have a different option and the beach sunbeds work out very expensive. It was very noisy being woken up between 6am and 8am every day and only had our room cleaned and towels changed once in the 7 days we were there. Will not be staying again. Thank you for your reply but this is not true, we arrived on Monday 25th August and were given the worst room in the complex directly viewing the noisy building work so I asked to be moved. This room was not cleaned and we were given no new towels for 2 days. We were then moved to a different apartment on Wednesday 27th August so had a newly cleaned apartment with fresh towels. This room was then not cleaned or visited by any staff for 5 days, no clean towels or bedding were given to us and we left on Monday 1st September. We hardly saw any maids during our stay and they looked to be only cleaning apartments which had been vacated ready for new guests arriving. Your comment regarding untidy rooms may be the case for some guests but definitely not the case for us, we made our beds and put the sofa bed away as soon as we got up in the morning and our apartment was always tidy before we left to go out for the day. We also didn’t receive any notes of untidiness in our apartment from the cleaning staff during our stay. Even if apartments were untidy, clean towels can be left for guests and the bins emptied which didn’t happen for 5 days, this is not acceptable.

Been coming to Port de Pollença for years and stayed in various locations along the front, the Lleniare side is my favourite as its a little quieter and the beaches are beautiful. These apartments are perfect - we booked the deluxe rooftop room with a whirlpool and bali bed and it has been one of the nicest accommodations I have stayed in. The apartments are clean, basic but with everything you could need. Air con works perfectly, beds comfortable. The balcony and sea views are what makes this place shine, it is stunning. Staff very friendly, a mix of ages staying here but very civilised and relaxed. Would 100% return. We came as a couple this time, and it suited us perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, sad to leave!
