I bought Proctoloc this morning, and a few hours before I was to use it, I discovered on the packaging that the dispensed medication was expired (since July 2025). To make matters worse, it couldn't be administered if it was expired, as clearly stated in the package insert. At that point, already 40 km from the pharmacy, I called to report the error. They told me they would exchange it for another one that was also expired. Later that afternoon, I went to the pharmacy, they made the exchange, and we didn't even receive a minimal apology from the pharmacy. There's a clear lack of rigor in stock control before dispensing. A bad experience while on vacation in Mallorca.
