I'm a regular customer and have seen them work for years with the utmost professionalism and respect for everyone who visits almost daily.   I went to return medication due to a family member's death, with receipts and prescriptions, and surprise, they took them inside and left with excuses that it couldn't be done due to traceability problems, that they were already opened. No, ma'am, you cut the seals with a box cutter; there's no way to open them without a tiny mark on any of the four tabs of the box. Enjoy the money of a poor cancer victim.

  Lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Previously, there was a very friendly staff, and the manager last night leaves much to be desired with her manners. She's rude, even to each other, considering how she responded to the only other coworker. Standing in line and then, when it's your turn to be served, two people leave and leave you waiting, leaving only their coworker with one customer. The manager leaves, telling me to leave because they had come in to do more important things, meaning customers and time... the worst thing about this pharmacy. I've been buying everything there for six years. I won't be back, and you can't complain about leaving you waiting because it seems like you offend them, incredibly.
