  Our favourite stay in Mallorca. Nice quiet location out of the crowds, lovely outside areas including little chickens by the pool lol. Interior so unique, real character to the place. Rooms quiet and air conditioned, customer service always very attentive and polite. Even had some virtuoso playing piano outside our room! 😁 Would definitely love to come back again 👍

  Misleading Presentation – Beware of prepayment! I booked this hotel based on its appealing photos and room description, which highlighted nice design details like a stylish bath. However, this was deeply misleading. While a few elements may look good in pictures, the overall room quality was very poor – outdated furniture, strong unpleasant smell, no fresh air, and lack of cleanliness. We arrived on time, but the room was simply unacceptable for staying. After raising our concerns, the hotel agreed at reception that we could leave and assured us that the refund for all 4 nights would be handled through Booking.com. Unfortunately, they later refused to take responsibility, leaving us with no refund and no service. Simply taking our almost 700 EUR just for nothing. I could understand if one night had been charged, but not all 4 nights.

  I am so glad to have been introduced to this hotel during a wonderful cycling stay in Mallorca. The welcome was warm and the hotel really perfect for service, food and location. Family run, I enjoyed the atmosphere and thoughtful touches to their management of this beautifully refurbished mill building. 10/10 for a memorable place to stay.
