  I exercise a lot and get deep tissue massages quite often to manage the tightness and mobility issues. I can comfortably say this has been the best massage I got! Andreas speaks English fluently, which was extremely helpful because he was able ask questions about my injuries and assess me to make sure I get the best out of the massage, and he was communicating with me during the session as well to adjust the intensity. Myofascial techniques he used on arms and shoulders were strong however I felt amazing afterwards and saw the benefits straight away. I would highly recommend it and will again. Thank you Andreas!!
