  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+ If you're suffering from pain and don't ask Lydia or don't know her, you might have been asleep at the wheel 🤔. I went there 5 times with a doctor's prescription for severe back pain and was pain-free after just the first treatment! ❗ Anyone who experiences this doesn't need to go to Lourdes anymore, the pain is gone 😊.   Thank you so much, Lydia! To be honest, exercise was never my favorite thing, especially after giving birth to two babies in quick succession. But Lydia's warm and motivating approach has made me look forward to our sessions every time. She not only supports me physically through my postpartum recovery, but she's also a real emotional support. I feel seen, understood, and never pressured. What's especially wonderful is that my children are welcome to come along and receive just as much love and attention. This takes so much stress off and creates a truly lovely atmosphere.
