    I signed up for your race in 2020 with great enthusiasm. It was cancelled, which is understandable, but your attitude and handling of the situation after the cancellation were appalling and speak volumes about your character. I paid €110 (€10 for insurance) and received a €52 refund, along with a jersey I didn't want (which I sold on Wallapop for €30). I lost €18, not counting the insurance, but it's money well lost if it serves as a warning of how you'll behave in the future and prevents me from trusting you.
