  Compramos unas botas para mi hija y no podemos estar más contentos. Desde el primer día le han resultado comodísimas u calientes, lo que buscabamos, y se adaptaron muy bien al pie. La calidad de los materiales se nota, son ligeras pero a la vez resistentes, perfectas para el día a día, incluso ha caminado con ellas en la nieve! Además, la atención recibida fue excelente: nos asesoraron con la talla y fueron muy amables en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendables!

  I'm a regular customer at this shoe store, buying shoes for both my children and adults. This time, we decided to buy some Blanditos brand sneakers for our kids, and after two weeks of use, the sole of one pair started to peel off, and a week later, the Velcro on my older son's pair broke. This had never happened to us before. We took the sneakers back to the store hoping for a solution. They told us they would contact the brand and get back to us. A week passed without any word, so we had to go in person. They made excuses, saying they'd forgotten their company phone at home (for a whole week?). Finally, the owner told us they couldn't do anything because the brand claimed it was "due to wear and tear," and dismissively remarked, "What did you expect? We only spent 37 euros." The sneakers cost 37.90 euros, and the ones with the broken Velcro cost 49.90 euros, but if they knew the quality was so poor, why didn't they offer better advice in the store? We would have been happy to spend a little more if it had truly been worthwhile and if they had helped us with the purchase. At no point did they offer any assistance or guidance. The customer service was appalling. This is where Consumer Protection Law comes in: if I buy from a store, that store is responsible, not the brand. If I wanted to buy directly from the brand, I would have gone to their website. As a solution, they offered us a €20 voucher, which I find insulting, considering everything that happened. After all this, I was even more surprised that they were asking for positive reviews through their Instagram and WhatsApp shortly after the incident. It's all very surreal. If someone has a problem with a pair of shoes, the response will always be the same: "We can't do anything, we're just intermediaries." The store washes its hands of the matter and refuses to take responsibility. I'm very disappointed, as we always try to support local businesses, but this experience has been a disaster. Finally, we took the shoes to a cobbler ourselves for repairs, and he confirmed that the stitching was defective. All in all, very disappointing.
