    You can be very lucky to rent a bike that works fine, but now for the second time in 2 years they completely failed on their bike-service. I heard the same excuses “we don’t have the spare parts”. I even wrote the shop 6 months before I arrived, how I would like the bike set up… and they didn’t reply or fulfill my request. Last but not least, they claimed that I was supposed to show them paper work showing that I had done a bank transfer on the deposit. Not really stuff you bring on a holiday…. I can't recommend this shop.

    I had a perfect experience and I am looking forward to return. Outstandingly good bike and excellent service. Very happy!

    Rented a bike for a few days. Went really well and the bike was in great conditions.
