  This place was recommended by our hotel and it's difficult not to provide a decent review for this place but I'll try: I am a bike enthusiast and having saw some of the bikes being rode around Mallorca, I was excited - Specialized and Cube mainly. The staff appeared to be having a problem with something and queuing customers took a back seat. I was eventually served and given my 29" mountain bike. It was okay - the gear cable was loose and pedalling was a challenge trying not to catch your foot. I made a makeshift repair and off I went. These bikes are basic and to be fair - the money they charge does reflect what you get, so fair play here. I did find another place that rents out road bikes and would rent there next time. All in all - value for money, basic bikes at fair price....🫱🫲

  It pains me to give any review that's not 4 or 5 stars, but I have to. Pros: -friendly and polite woman at the counter that patiently answered all our questions. She is the reason I'd have given 3,5 stars if possible. -all the formalities with the documents went fast -got full insurance for approximately 42€ per day (I understood why later xD) -freshly cleaned auto right before they delivered it to us Cons: -from the get go the car had rims only on the right side tyres -car didn't always shift from the first try (or the second) into the third and the reverse gear -on the curves I felt the car slipping a little and it happened not once but three times -when starting and stopping the car, it made EVERY time a funny noise for 20-30 seconds and the same noise while driving, but at completely random times -when needed, the liquid for the windshield came out only with a very low and insufficient pressure; not the best surprise at 100kmh on the highway All in all, I wouldn't rent again from this place. If you do, I ADVISE you to ask to see the car before you make a decision. Wish you all safe trips!

  Everything was perfect. They have good vehicles at decent prices. Rajka was so friendly and helpful with all our questions. We’ll definitely be back next time!
