Good service cannot be separated from UNDERSTANDING customers when they speak their language, which is official and typical of the territory. Good service cannot involve asking the customer to change their language, for the customer to make the effort and adapt, because we all have the ability to learn, and anyone who works in front of the public should learn and, at a minimum, understand the 2 official languages. Being understood in your own language at home is not a whim, it is a human right.
