  Great overall organisation of my cycling holidays in Mallorca! Hotel: they found me a great hotel in the area I wanted on Mallorca. Everything was organized for a decent price, I just had to organize my flight. Bike: we agreed on a the bike, a very nice Officine Mattio for which we checked the size before. As I already did the ID Match bikefitting, they had my date to give me a bike suited to me. The bike was delivered to my hotel, as discussed, and I was directly ready to cycle after my arrival at Palme :-) Package: I got a nutrition package as well, with gels etc, plus a Compex recovery boots for the legs, to rest after cycling. The bike was delivered to the hotel, the I did not need to go to the shop in Palma. As I forgot to mention that I had my gps computer with me, I cycled ro the shop during one my tours, and the very nice employee directly found me a gps support and made it very quick. Shop: by the way, it's a nice shop with professional advices and quality products. For cycling connaisseur. It's worth it to pass by. On the same square are also some cycling coffees :-). Very nice experience if you want to have your cycling holidays well organized. The only thing you need to do: book your flights. I saw as well that you can add some guided tours throught the island, if needed. I will probably try it next time. Next bike holidays are already booked for april and october!!!   I had the opportunity to organize a trip for 12 cyclists to Majorca in June 2024 and I highly recommend this tour operator. The organization was top-notch, from the choice of accommodations and routes to the quality of the services (snacks, massages, etc.). I'll definitely be doing it again in Tuscany next spring.
