A real disaster. First, it's not open until 9:30 pm. I went at 8:40 pm to get passport photos I needed for tomorrow morning. I left from Alcudia, and it was open, but since I had turned off the printer, they wouldn't take the photo because they had to turn the printer on and wait 20 minutes. They literally said they had to leave because they had their own things to do. I explained the situation, but it was like talking to a plant.

I called this morning, Friday, to ask if they were open and if they took passport photos. They very rudely confirmed they did, but when I asked something else, they hung up on me. I arrived before 2 PM and it was closed.

It says it's open on Saturdays, and here I am. Closed, and a wasted trip. Thanks for keeping the hours updated. 1 star because there's no less.
