Awful communication. He is rude. Webtransfer of photos deleted. Ignored month to month at a time. 5 months waiting for wedding video and photos now after they send us a USB of somebody else's wedding and do not care or responded. But have all our money and we have nothing. Do not use them. A disgrace.
