  This is fantastic hotel, the food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly (thank you Naty!). Our rooms were super clean and the facilities are perfect. Location is great, just near the beach but quiet at night. Entertainment in the evenings was fun. We will definitely return next year!

  My girlfriends and I had an amazing trip! The hotel is modern, spotless and beautifully maintained. All the staff were absolutely fantastic a special mention to Alma, Alba, Alex, Eric and Yolanda who truly made our stay one of the best we've had. I celebrated my 50th birthday during our stay and was made to feel so special. Every detail was thoughtful. The whole team really do go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome and valued. We'll definitely be returning. Keep doing what you're doing - your staff work incredibly hard and always greet guests with a genuine smile. They are a credit to Marsenses Puerto Pollensa hotel. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable 🙏🏾

  Stayed here for one night to get sunrise pictures at nearby Formentor. Seems good location. The hotel is very nice, although older with signs of wear and tear still comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing, enthusiastic and helpful. Spoke great English. Got half board option, very good price for the variety and amount of food.
