First the good. Very near to the Alcudia main beach. Friendly staff. Cleaners doing a good job. The bad. There is a lot of noise coming from the main road, with lots of heavy traffic, which made it difficult to sleep as there are huge openings next to the windows, I specifically asked for a quiet room upon booking. It also made us not go and sit on our “garden view balcony” (which was more like road view). The ugly. Room had water damage before and outside but also inside room smelled of sewage. Also the toilet didn’t flush properly. Adressed this twice but issue was not resolved and there was no follow up. Breakfast is overcrowded and very noisy, but still pretty ok choice of buffet food. Also the interior part of the compound has it’s own swimming pool, which is really nice because the exterior blocks the noise from outside.

If you like a bit of piece then this is the place ideal location for all the bars and restaurants, 2 minutes to a brilliant beach. Rooms are basic but very clean and everything you need if you are self catering i suppose you could upgrade to a bigger room we only had 1 issue the bathroom floor got soaked when having a shower. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed next door in Alcudia Garden Aparthotel but popped over and pool was amazing and had a little pool that you could sit your legs in, bar area and toilets.
