  I'm sharing my experience with complete honesty so you can save your money. The service and the location were excellent. However, the first €50 you spend is solely for a mini-diagnosis and an explanation of the specific exercises required for "curing," which seems reasonable considering the entire service costs around €900 for three months, and if you don't "get better," they refund €200. The interview lasts 50 minutes, 30 of which are spent trying to convince you to do it. If you say you need to think about it, they schedule another appointment where you have to pay an additional €50 to decline. If you try to cancel this appointment, they don't refund the €50 either. So you end up spending €100 for practically nothing. In short, save your money.

  I booked an appointment. When I arrived, they asked me why I was there, took my personal information, and told me about their programs. They didn't do any exercises or give me a massage. To my surprise, that's when they charged me! €50 just for giving me information and taking my details!! ___________ I spoke with Toni, a very kind and attentive person. He apologized several times and gave me options to resolve the issue. I opted for a refund.
