  I went in today to have my gel polish removed, I booked this appointment yesterday and was told it was going to be 13 euro. Today's appointment was good until the end when the manicurist put on a protective top coat layer which on one hand got all smudged after she rubbed in the nail oil too quickly after applying. She then proceeded to charge me 18 euros for a gel removal which I think is expensive and not what I had been quoted. I've actually never paid that much and I've had a lot of removals in many different places! At first, I was not going to complain but when she charged that amount when I had been told it was going to be 13 euros I did say something. Instead of removing the smudged nails she simply just put another coat on top although it all still looked really bad and messy. I am really disappointed and have had to remove it all at home. My tip to anyone who wants to book a gel/shellac removal- go somewhere else.

  I had a facial with Julia and it was wonderful. She has the most angelic hands, and I think I even fell asleep 😅😅😅. She did many steps, and the facial was very personalized. I will definitely be back very soon.
