  I loved this place and every class with Maite. She is such a positive, kind, motivating person. She creates her classes in different styles, each and every one. And takes care that all participants can perform the exercises properly. She switched between languages for me (and others) to understand the instructions. She does many classes a day but always spreads great and joyful energy. The entire team is great, very kind and helpful. The place is not the most modern one but that doesn‘t matter - the tools are new and great, it’s clean and just a good place to go to! I loved the Reformer Pilates Session but also highly recommend Kettlebell with Maite. Leaving Pollença tomorrow but will certainly be back and book my next tickets for some active sessions in the Centre. Enjoy!

  My daughter and I have been attending private sessions and I have to say they have been challenging but thoroughly enjoyable. Lovely lady and beautiful studio.

  My trusted physiotherapist for over 10 years. The three physiotherapists at the center are a great team. I also received excellent preparation for childbirth and postpartum with their prenatal Pilates classes, mat Pilates, and Pilates with equipment. Nuria took care of my pelvic floor, and I couldn't have been happier.
