  It's a shame that the clerk who served me didn't understand me when I spoke to her in one of the official languages ​​of the Balearic Islands and asked me to change my language. Good service cannot be separated from UNDERSTANDING customers when they speak their language, which is official and typical of the territory. Good service cannot involve asking the customer to change their language, for the customer to make the effort and adapt, because we all have the ability to learn, and anyone who works in front of the public should learn and, at a minimum, understand the 2 official languages. Being understood in your own language at home is not a whim, it is a human right.
