  Just a couple of hours ago, I witnessed a family's rude attempt to demand an antibiotic without a prescription, threatening to write negative reviews if the pharmacist refused. Their behavior was deplorable, and the pharmacist's reaction to their refusal was excellent. As far as I know from antibiotic awareness campaigns, we shouldn't self-medicate and should only take antibiotics with a doctor's prescription. Google should investigate these kinds of blackmail tactics; it's unfair that undesirable people can create prejudice against honest people who are simply trying to do their jobs properly. What a joke of a country...

  Awful. I went to buy a medication that wasn't the one I ordered; it was a similar one. I had to open it to read the leaflet because I had experienced some side effects from taking it once before. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't let me because the box was open (which makes sense, since you have to read the leaflet first), but the medication was still sealed and I hadn't touched or opened it. Even so, they wouldn't exchange it and claimed they couldn't sell a product with an open box. Considering how little the medication cost, I think they were not only stingy but also shameless, since a more humane pharmacy would have exchanged it or given me a discount on another medication I wanted to buy.
