The pharmacist refused to dispense a medication prescribed by a French doctor, claiming that the prescription absolutely had to be written by a Spanish doctor. European prescriptions are valid throughout Europe: it's the law! Another pharmacy dispensed it without any problem. Shameful!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Palmers Pharmacy. Although we were regular customers, we experienced unfriendly service on several occasions. On our last visit to pick up a medication order placed by phone, we received a different medication than the one we had ordered, without any explanation. When we inquired about it, we received a curt reply that it was the same medication. After taking it, I felt worse and worse each day, and I had to stop taking the medication after a week. Now, two weeks later, I am still struggling with nausea every day. The employee showed no understanding or apology for the situation. Palmers Pharmacy – never again!

Friendly service, family-like treatment. They offer all kinds of services and some brands I can only find at this pharmacy. We will be back!
