  Can't recommend this agency. The car we booked was overbooked so we got a different much smaller car. The stroller barely fit, super tight for the passengers, the car makes weird noises when braking, the right mirror is broken and can't be adjusted, front light is broken and worst of all the child seat absolutely catastrophic- straps are twisted and can't be tightened and you can tell this problem is not new (see photos of torn fabric). We had to take everything apart and re-adjust the whole seat and it is still not working well. There are no other car seats available according to the employee so take it or leave it. Why is it that something bad always has to happen before a company takes responsibility. By the way- no we didn't get a discount. The only positive thing I can say is that booking was uncomplicated and the employees were friendly.

  I’m very happy with the service from Salesca. They delivered the car directly to my hotel — it was clean and in excellent condition. The process of taking the car was very quick and easy: fast handover, full insurance included, and no additional deposit required. I really recommend their service and will make business with them again.
