  Chose this place to rent a bike for 8 + 2 days as English was spoken here. The bike I chose was set ready for my use quickly and service was very friendly. I think it was value for money. On the fourth day (after riding 40-70 km per day on good quality roads) I noticed that the chainring had almost completely fallen off and there was only one bolt left. I took a train back and the chainring was put back immediately. However, we had a discussion if I would need to pay for the lost bolts. I had not realised that the bolts had probably fallen of one after the other during the days. I only noticed this when the chains fell of when I was starting to go uphill. In the end I did not pay for the bolts. Without this incident I probably would have given four stars, and five starts if I could have chosen a saddle for women.

  If you like being insulted, this is the place for you! We actually took a train to Inca and spent 15 minutes finding this place, where we were received like lepers because the mechanic in attendance quickly discerned that our problem—a brake in need of a simple adjustment—would bring him no or little money. “Could I ask your help in adjusting this brake,” I asked. “No, I’ve got work to do!” he replied, waving his arm toward the exit.
