We stayed for a 4 days and it was a very undewhelming experience. The hotel is in a whole is ok, however you can tell they are very shortstaffed. The All inclusive option is NOT worth it at all. There were so many times I was waiting to get a drink from the bar. The food at the buffet is barely edible. My first meal at the hotel the lasagna was ICE cold. Now it is a buffet and my expectation were not high but ice cold food at the only resturant in the hotel is something that can not be overlooked. After the first day we found places to eat in town. Even the breakfast was disapointing. The rooms were nice and the pools are as well. The staff were very kind and helpful. I probably will not stay at this Hotel again. The lack of service and lack of quality is not worth it.

Great hotel with a nice staff. All staff members are very polite and friendly. They always serve you with a smile. The food changes from day to day. We spend 2 weeks in the hotel and never had the same menu. The rooms are very clean. The only thing is that if you have issues with your back the mattresses are too soft. One thing you should know is that it's very German oriented. Animation is in German and all the signs are in German as well. Most of the staff do speak English though.

Liked our stay in hotel. Only minus for us was the music in the evening (volume of music was sifferent everyday), had to use earplugs. Pretty kids friendly. Small small second minus was that at the restaurant all food ”names” were written in germany, amd we were not from there
