  Everything was good until I went to the complimentary breakfast. At first, it looked well prepared. However, when I stepped closer to check why the melon slices had black seeds, I noticed fruit flies crawling all over them, even inside the juice bottle...... I can't imagine how many were in the kitchen. Without taking a photo right away (much more flies than in the photo) , I asked the staff to come check out the flies. They didn’t look surprised and said there was nothing they could do. So if you have to stay here, you may want to stay out of the dining room.

  Our stay in this hotel was absolutely amazing, beautiful interior, central location, amazing helpful staff, very tasty breakfast. Also they have a large storage for bicycles, which is convenient for bike trips around Mallorca. Highly recommend.

  We stayed here for a week with our one year old and would highly recommend it. We took the king size room, and had plenty of space for the three of us including his crib and pram. The hotel is lovely and the staff were great, and very sweet with our little one. The location is great, on the central square of Pollenca, and with free parking always available a 6 minute walk away. The breakfast was good, if a bit simple, but with fresh produce and good ingredients, and a very comfy bright dining room. The place was also immaculate and well looked after. The little rooftop terrace with the pool was also a huge plus for cooling off on a couple of hot afternoons.
