This place is lovely! We went this summer, and did not understand this is a 1 star hotel. The cabins where bigger than expected, yes, old and no air con, but nice and cozy. Tha cabins is not too close to each other so you can have some personal space. Everyday there were cleaning in the cabin, made the bed etc. The staff is very nice, the Breakfast buffet was amazing with local specialities, the pool area is very nice, a lot of space and a good bar, with a bartender that makes amazing Sangria! We don't need much in a hotel, but this was over our expectations, we had a really nice week here and will be back again! Thank you, for a nice stay.

It's alright. It's quite expensive for what you get. There are absolutely zero utilities in the room like a little fridge or anything at all. Which is very basic for 90 euros a night. Breakfast was ok but you're CERTAINLY not allowed to take any food out with you, even only a left over egg or tiny muffin. That's made perfectly clear. And the coffee is horrible. Other than that, plenty of food and choices. No parking available, all the parking is for residents, so there's only some paid parking spots a little bit further out.

I would strongly advise against staying at Soller Garden. On our first night, we discovered cockroaches in MY BED. When we brought this up with staff, we were told this was “normal because it’s nature” – a shocking and unacceptable response. The hotel refused to offer any solution and we had to leave the next morning due to the unsanitary conditions. What’s worse, the woman at reception treated us with arrogance and total disrespect. No apology, no attempt to help, no customer care whatsoever. To this day, the hotel has refused to take any responsibility. If you value hygiene, respect, or basic hospitality – stay elsewhere.
