  I had the smash smoky and was one of the tastiest burgers I ever had, absolutely recommended, kudos to the chef. My wife had the Sirachi Veggie; she liked it but as a vegetarian she does not like the taste of meat. We also had nachos which was amazing. The local beer was also very light and pleasant to drink. A nice place to chill and enjoy really nice food.

  Heard so much about this place and since I tried it 3 days ago I have been here 3 times. Awesome in-house brewed beer. All of them packed with flavor, giving authenticity and character to this place. It’s local in a sense and yet progressive, super cool vibes. One of the most ideal places to discover your new favorite beer, alone or with friends, awesome and welcoming vibe. As for the food, i didn’t really know what to expect but wow! The croquettes were small flavor bombs, been a long time since I was so happily surprised by the consistency and flavor of a simple dish. The burgers are from now on one of my favorites on the island. What stands out more than anything is how on the bacon and cheese burger they have managed to balance texture in a super good way. Salty and crispy bacon along with the slight sting of the onion and the juicy patties with the Maillard effect to the highest degree. Nice fries too with local potatoes. Staff are super friendly, spoke a bit with the owner and she seems suuuuper cool! Good vibes all around. Been raving about this place to my mates, I think that if you have not yet been, Le Velo should be your next stop!

  I came here on Friday 20th Feb. A great choice of beers on tap and cans in two fridges Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly staff. The lady who served me offered me tasters and I chose a stout and an IPA. Both were delicious and if I had had more time I would have stayed and tried more. Definitely want to come back next time im in Palma. I went to four other pubs / breweries in Palma and La Velo was definitely my favourite place.
