    Fantastic service from 2GoCycling bike hire in Port de Pollença. I managed to break and jam a stem bolt when building my bike back up, which could have ruined my trip. Xisco, the mechanic, kindly lent me a spare and fitted it on the spot to keep me on the road. He’ll also try to repair my original stem tomorrow. Christina, the shop manager, was amazing — friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted. Really impressed with the service and would highly recommend 2GoCycling to anyone staying and cycling in Port Pollensa / Mallorca.

    Hired a road bike for 6 days. Great friendly service and value for money. Hired a Berria Belador bike, which is a brand I wasn’t familiar with but it had a SRAM Axs groupset which matched my bike at home. Bike was good, no issues.

    What a fantastic experience. Went in to talk to them about replacing my chain and tyre, but rather than just take my money and see me off, they checked my bike over, had a chat and sent me on my way happily knowing that everything was fine. They could have easily just taken my money and had a good laugh but they clearly prefer to look after their customers. Great service.
