  Excellent business. I have taken my bike here a few times and they have always been amazing. First of all, my bike is old and used and is really just for getting around town and commuting so I was already a little embarrassed because it isn't "fancy," but they didn't make me feel bad about it which was important to me as they clearly have some really nice bikes. I took it in initially to get it fixed a bit as I had just bought it and they have since fixed punctures/flats, the chain, brakes, adjusted the handlebars etc. If they take such good care of my old, used bike I can only imagine how well they take care of those beautiful, expensive bikes--I'm sure with excellent care also. I am a teacher and on a strict budget, and each time it has been reasonable. I appreciate them being patient and kind and working with me even though I am still learning Spanish. They have actually shown me where the problems are whether it be the chain, wheel, tire, etc and have described to me what the problems are. When I had a flat they showed me options to choose from and they were honest. Plus, they are fast. I trust them completely. For all of this and more, I HIGHLY recommend them.

  Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. I had a few rather complicated things to fix on my road bike and they did a great job at a very fair price. Will be back and also recommend this shop to fellow riders.
