  At first, our interaction with the staff was friendly. After a 30-minute of scooter exploitation, we stacked. Upon returning the scooter, we were charged for half a day, even though we used it for less than that. We also filled the scooter's tank to full, but of course we didn’t receive refund for the unused fuel. Our plans were disrupted due to the time spent dealing with the scooter. We expected a more responsible approach to customer service and a full refund for the services, but instead, we were disappointed. I don’t recommend it.

  we rented two city bikes for 2 days there, one with a kid seat on the back. The bikes look pretty new and nice, with everything we need, especially the lights and the basket on the front, and indeed they ride very lightweight. It is not that bike-friendly inside the city as there is no bike lane so you have to bike alongside the cars on the narrow streets. However, it is nice and enjoyable to bike along the coast. The lady is very friendly and helpful, which I did not expect to be so as I saw other reviews on Google map saying the opposite. Probably being friendly goes both ways. I did not have enough cash for the deposit and I had to pay that by card. This worried me a bit as I saw one comment saying that they did not receive their deposit money. But actually, just 20 hours later I returned the bike, and when my flight landed at BER airport, I switch my phone back from flight mode, I got a notification telling me the money arrived in my bank account. I would definitely recommend this shop, we had a lot of fun on the island, especially the 2-day cycling.

  Beautiful place. Very fast service, friendly staff, good new bikes, reasonable prices (better than other nearby places), no problem with paperwork and only 10 euro deposit. Happy that I found them, 100% recommend.
