  Best price–quality ratio I could find in Alcúdia, plus very convenient opening hours. I preordered my bike online in advance and could add a lock and a Garmin mount for free. I also uploaded my bike fit geometry beforehand. On site, the handover was quick and friendly. They provide you with a puncture repair kit and their WhatsApp number in case you get a flat and need to be picked up (I’m not sure whether they charge extra for this service). Luckily, my only flat tire happened when I was already nearby, so I just went there and got a new tube installed within 5 minutes. Returning the bike was easy and friendly as well. All in all, I paid about 318€ for a very nice Orbea Orca M20 + insurance for 5 days. The bike and the service were smooth, offering great value for money.

  I ordered bikes for 8 Australians for a road cycling holiday based in Alcudia. The Orbea bikes were current models, brilliant and apart from a few punctures we had no problems and did some serious riding. One of the group needed to change bikes and this was achieved with no fuss. The staff were super friendly during the ordering, picking up and returning process, and recommended bike routes. Highly recommended!
