Friendly, efficient service from father and son who know what they are talking about. I had a mini "tumble" and needed a new helmet, and they had in stock exactly what I had, a white Kask Protone in my size. I would highly recommend this shop.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give less! The owner's treatment of me was appalling! Rude and disrespectful! I took my BMC in to process a warranty claim since he's an official dealer for the brand, and he just refused to process it because he didn't feel like it! Anyway, I'd already heard about his rudeness and arrogance!

But if you want personalized service, if you're looking for honest advice, and if you need a true professional—one of those whose expertise you can tell has worked on your bike—don't hesitate: go there! Oh! I almost forgot... this review is doubly valuable: I got the bike because they're an official MEGAMO distributor, but I bought it online... Wow! 😜👍🏻

- Helmet requirements for cyclists in MallorcaOn interurban roads a helmet is compulsory. Three narrow exemptions — long climbs, extreme heat, accredited medical reasons — still apply until 30 September 2026 and disappear on 1 October 2026. In town, only riders under 16.
