  We hired 2 bikes. The first bike's gears battery run flat after a few days. Later the same thing happened to the second bike and the replacement bike's back wheel wasn't tightened. We weren't offered a refund or even an apology. Shame they don't check the bikes as throughly before they go out as when they come back.

  Rented a couple of e-bikes for only €50 per day. Bargain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a huge range of bikes from easy riding e-bikes to cycle into the next town, to touring road bikes to explore the island. Would definitely recommend hiring a helmet if you didn’t bring one as the police can fine you €200 for not wearing one.

  Very bad experience. We bought the secure bike parking and emergency pick-up service package for our group and not only was a Garmin mount stolen from the garage parking, but on the two separate occasions when we needed their help (hospital pick-up after a crash and mechanical problem pick-up) they kept us waiting for over 3 hours with vague "driver on his way" claims and in one case we eventually gave up waiting and took a €80 taxi from Palma. Terrible service - bad communication, unfriendly and not worth the money paid.
