  This is quite a bit delayed as we rented our bikes in June of 2024, but I was just checking up on Kilómetro Cero since we are planning to return to Mallorca, and realized I never left a review! Better late than never. We had a fantastic experience here! There were 5 of us who reserved bikes and 3 of us arrived with no shoes or helmets because our luggage was lost! We thought we would have to delay our riding, but Boris went out of his way to accommodate us and miraculously had shoes that fit everyone (and even lent one of us a kit!) The bikes were top notch (I rented a sweet Colnago) and the team had applied our geometry before we arrived, but they also helped us dial in the fit before we headed out. We were able to do most of the iconic climbs of Mallorca during our stay and Boris was flexible when some riders had tired legs and decided to switch to e-bikes during the week. We also hired Jessy to ride with us as a guide and he shared their shop routes digitally, which was very helpful for the rest of our stay. My husband and I stayed on in Mallorca an extra week and Boris drove to Palma to pick up our bikes on our last day. This made it easy for us to enjoy riding in different areas of the island without having to return to Sóller to return the bikes. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Kilómetro Cero and Boris and we can't wait to return in September! Kelly (and Roddy)

  Just a perfect experience. Boris was super flexible and helpful! Great bike and great biking experience!! Would not go anywhere else in Mallorca to rent a bike!!

  Such a great hire shop and highly recommended. Bikes we hired were excellent (Bianchi Sprint, son and daughter hired Colnago V4), very well prepared and in good condition. Boris and his team were friendly and helpful, setting bike up and changing pedals and saddle as needed. Will definitely use again next year. Thanks Quilometre Zero!
