  We had an excellent time at the hotel. The rooms and the hotel in general were spotlessly clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful and they made you feel very welcome. I do not normally enjoy hotel breakfasts, but this one was very good.There was a great selection on offer. I think the location is great, Sóller is beautiful and it’s only a 20 min tram from the port which is really accessible and a nice journey to experience. The town has lovely places to eat and we were able to rent e-bikes to travel around the entire Valley and to visit other towns. The landscape is stunning, it really is a lovely part of the world. Overall we could not fault our stay and we felt it was good value for the price we paid. We would not hesitate to return to Soller and this hotel.

  Fantastic hotel, one of the best I have ever stayed. The staff is so kind and helpful. We visited in the off season between Christmas and New Year. Many businesses were closed, but the staff provided very helpful recommendations and even looked up which restaurants were open for our meals. Service was seamless and kind. The common space is beautiful and so comfortable. We enjoyed the cozy lounge area for unwinding with a drink or coffee, and of course the sauna was an amazing bonus (and free). The room itself was perfect, very comfortable and quiet. We loved the balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains and the train underneath. The 18 euro underground parking was very worth it, as the streets are narrow in Soller and hard to park. We had a fantastic stay in Soller and would love to come back again.

  We stayed 2 nights during the off-peak season at Alcazar in Soller and were absolutely satisfied with our stay! ✨ The interior design of the room and hotel is aesthetically pleasing, modern and welcoming. The Alcazar hotel is central in Soller and the pedestrian area is easily reachable on foot. We were lucky to have been upgraded to a room facing the garden, which was magnificent and a thoughtful surprise. In addition, the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend booking it! ☕️ Finally, all members of staff were super friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything went well during our stay. Thank you and we will be back! ☀️☺️
