Let’s start with the good side: - Location is very nice, in the center of historic little town with huge free parking close by. - The hotel itself is in renovated old building with interesting stone walls interior which gives the hotel a cosy note. - Rooms are clean enough and very spacious and they are changing towels every day except on Tuesday and sheets every two or three days. And now the bad side: - Although the rooms are big enough and have big bathrooms, the bathtub is very small and places where the sealing is the lowest, so if you are 177cm or taller you will find difficult enjoying your shower. - The water pressure is terrible and very hard to have a decent bath. - Bed is terrible, not comfortable at all. Every time when you sleep you roll down to the middle. For the amount of money that they are charging they could buy better beds. - No instructions for the deposit safe. - All food from mini bar is already expired. - We had problem with the cockroach one night. - No sound isolation at all and without a proper hand to close the door quietly from the outside. One day our room was left wide opened after cleaning. - Downstairs is a restaurant and a lot of people are coming in and out and it is a bit noisy and unsecured. - On every photo you see of the hotel you think that you will have the breakfast in the same building but not, the breakfast is in the local restaurant nearby. - The food there is generally ok, but every day is the same and there are not many options. The worst thing is that all the fruits are very smelly and already start to root and they are serving it. Also, it is very warm there and everything is melted, butter, cheese… this is not the way of storing this type of food! Summary: too expensive and urges for some renovation!

Very nice, we stayed in the suite. Cool renovated 2 story townhouse with a wonderful bath and sauna. Good AC and comfy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alcudia. I was a big fan of the stone walls - the atmosphere was similar to a house in Tuscany - very romantic. The cleaning service was caring and attentive and we always had new towels and fresh bedsheets. The air con was definitely a big bonus due to the high humidity, as well as the two sinks in the bathroom. I personally didn’t like the hair drier - it really took me long to dry my hair as it was working intermittently. We also tried the restaurant below, and the meat and wines are really good! Definitely recommend it if you want to stay at the historical center of Alcudia and be next to restaurants and shops. It’s also very quiet at night (although we could hear our neighbours showering from time to time). No complaints! The staff was also super flexible with our late checkin and very early check out. Thank you!
