  A wonderful retreat. The finca is more than perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen. There's a pool and barbecue, and various seating areas around the house, allowing you to follow the sun's path. The beds are very comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom (these are currently being modernized, but it's not really necessary). Inca's central location makes it easy to get anywhere on the island. Highly recommended.

  This finca has everything you could possibly need! It's clean and furnished to a very high standard. It has been, and continues to be, renovated, modernized, and upgraded. The garden is beautifully landscaped, the saltwater pool is fantastic, and the mountain views are magnificent. The only problem: mosquitoes! And the nearby main road is very busy and noisy. Parking at the finca isn't exactly easy. Fresh bread rolls from the bakery in the morning aren't really an option. It's about a 10-minute drive to Inca town center and about 15 minutes to Lidl, but maneuvering into the driveway at the finca takes 5 minutes alone. The roads are very narrow with high stone walls, yet everyone drives very fast and recklessly – impossible on foot.

  The beautifully landscaped garden with its diverse plants, the brand-new illuminated saltwater pool, and the spectacular view of the Tramuntana Mountains with Puig Major truly impressed us. The finca lacks nothing: there are two coffee machines, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an induction hob, two showers, a fireplace (which we didn't use), a barbecue (which we did use), a double bed, and two single beds. The house and garden are spacious and expansive, with many cozy nooks. However, cleanliness was somewhat neglected in places (e.g., with the kitchen utensils, handles, and dishes; the barbecue was unfortunately left uncleaned, and the small storage rooms in and around the house held a few "surprises"), but we are actually quite picky about such things and always find something to complain about. It's also worth noting that the outdoor sofa is not intended for human use (Meow!). The MA-2112 highway right next door isn't something you'd necessarily expect as a finca holidaymaker. They'd simply need to close the road to motorcycles and modified cars, then everything would be fine :-) In summary: 4 out of 5 stars, and that's quite an achievement for a finca here...!
