  I stayed at Villa Catalina in a few weeks and it was an amazing experience. The place is beautiful and exceeded all my expectations. The pool is huge, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a refreshing swim under the sun. Plus, the surrounding gardens add such a special touch to the overall vibe. What really stood out was the level of service. The hosts were always very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel at home the entire time. Super friendly and always ready to help with anything. The value for money is definitely a huge plus. You get so much for what you pay, and it's totally worth it! And as a nice touch, they even left us some beers as a welcome gift, which was a really thoughtful gesture. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful spot, great service, and excellent value.

  Stayed 1-7 April 2025. The finca had clearly not been prepared. There was a strong musty smell throughout. There was no hot water for showers for two days, no heating, no duvet / blankets and no basic cleaning materials. There was no toilet paper on arrival. The dishwasher was in very poor condition. There was no linen, soap or cloths in the kitchen. There was a film of dust/ dirt on all surfaces. No TV or WiFi for 4 days. The gym equipment was dilapidated and unusable. We complained directly to the owner throughout our stay, but there was no urgency and only the TV and WiFi was rectified while we were there. Very poor service. The electricity bill was astronomical so watch out and take photos of the meter on arrival and departure as evidence.
