  Very clean and nice hotel with a huge outdoor pool and seaview (sideways) from our balcony. We stayed at 3 re floor with poolview. Staff very friendly and helpful, both in the reception and in the restaurant! good cleaning and huge breakfast buffet with all you could wish for. Would love to stay here again. My daughter loved the desert buffet and I loved the atmosphere!

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Helios Mallorca! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the spotless cleanliness to the beautifully renovated restaurant with a fresh, modern design. A special thank you to Natalia, the Guest Experience Manager, who made our stay truly memorable with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for every detail. The kitchen, led by Chef Claudio, deserves high praise — every meal was delicious and full of flavor. The reception team was always welcoming and helpful, the bike storage area was perfectly organized for cyclists like me, and the massage therapist Joanna was simply amazing — one of the best massages I’ve ever had at a hotel. I can’t recommend this place enough — I’ll definitely be back! 🌴✨

  We’ve stayed at Hotel Helios Mallorca several times already as a cycling club from Poland, usually with a group of a dozen riders — and it’s always been an outstanding experience! 🚴‍♂️🇵🇱🇪🇸 The hotel is spotlessly clean, the restaurant after renovation looks fantastic, and the food prepared by Chef Claudio is both delicious and perfectly suited for cyclists. A huge thank you to Natalia, the wonderful Guest Experience Manager, for her warmth, professionalism, and constant care. The reception team is always welcoming, the bike room is secure and well equipped, and there’s even a bike washing area and a closed parking space for the service car or laundry service— perfect for cycling groups. After long rides, the sauna and pool are a blessing, and the massage therapist Joanna is simply exceptional — her recovery massages made a huge difference for the whole team. The beach just steps away is beautiful and ideal for relaxation after training. We highly recommend Hotel Helios Mallorca to all cycling teams and endurance athletes — it’s the perfect base for training camps and exploring the island. We’ll definitely be back next season! 🌴☀️🚴‍♀️
