I went in a little skeptical on how the rooms would be based on the previous reviews I had read, but surprisingly had a very good experience at this place. The rooms were clean, AC working well, a clean kitchen with all basics provided like utensils, dish soap, and a clean bathroom. For a 3 star hotel, the room was quite good. The only 2 problems we had was that 1. There were a lot of mosquitos that wouldn’t let us sleep at night. We first thought that there was really not much the staff could do anything about it, but when we finally asked the hotel staff about this 2 days into our stay, by when the mosquitoes were bothering us too much, they gave us a mosquito spray that actually worked. So if you ever face the same problem, please ask the staff/someone in the reception, they will actually help. 2. Another problem was that we could hear noises of movement from the room above us. It was very disturbing in the night as the sounds were loud and would sometimes wake us up. But fortunately this happened only on one night out of our four night stay. Maybe taking a room in the second floor might prevent this problem. Apart from that, the staff were really kind and approachable, there were some activities that would happen at the restaurant/bar every evening and on 2 night, I think friday and Saturday, there was karaoke where actually a lot of people who stayed at the place participated and enjoyed. It was very nice to watch. Definitely had a much better experience at this hotel than expected.

Decent place but door wouldn't lock!! I have very mixed emotions on this place, the staff were friendly, pool was a good size, had an okay bar & restaurant, was a pretty good location and flats were basic but good for the price. But as a warning to future guests, our door could still be opened despite being locked!! I couldn't believe it but you could literally just lift the sliding door up a bit and pull it open, making the lock useless and the flat unsafe / unsecured! After multiple complaints we finally spoke to the maintenance man who told us he can't fix it and that all the doors are really old, bad and they all do the same thing?! Excuses such as: haven't been robbed the whole time he's worked there and thieves wouldn't be smart enough to try lifting the door first, were used to explain away the issue. We were not able to try a new apartment as none were available so were made to stay in our unlockable apartment. I would never usually complain / leave a review but feeling safe in an apartment that locks should be an absolute minimum for a holiday! This makes insurance for personal items pointless as our things were not behind a lockable door. Hopefully they see this and sort it out and future guests can try their doors (hopefully it isn't every single door - despite what he said?!)

On Airbnb my name was written in Cyrillic. When the booking was transferred, their internal system recorded it in Latin letters however they wanted (my name is “Андрей,” but they wrote it as “Ahapen”), which caused a huge problem. At check-in, we couldn’t find my reservation for two hours because I didn’t see my name and they couldn’t locate me in the booking list. (Although they could have just used any online transliteration tool in 5 seconds and written it as “Andrey.”) We had to call Airbnb support, and only after two hours, by some miracle, the reservation was found. The young guy working at the reception was very kind and really tried to help. It wasn’t his fault but an internal issue with how bookings are transferred from Airbnb to the hotel. Only thanks to him my rating is 4 and not lower. The hotel itself matches the photos. There is a kitchen, which is a big plus. Towels are changed every few days. Quiet area with private houses. Price = quality.
