We arrived at the shop at 14:45 on a Friday afternoon. Desperately in need of a 1000 km service on our new Yamaha Tricity scooter. The shop assistent told us that the repair shop would close at 16:00. But they would do the service in the next hour. Unbelievable! In the Yamaha dealer shops at Palma, Valencia and Barcelona they either could not help us (did not speak English), did not respond to our emails or the waiting list was 4 weeks. Great service! English spoken! Highly recommended!
