this is the best bike shop ever, im a female travelling solo and i faced issues with my bike twice, first when i fell and the chain came off, they promptly came to my rescue after i contacted them on whatsapp, and then again when i could not open my bike lock in the middle of palma, theres no way u can find better service than this! if u want to find spanish knights in shining armour just come here! would also recommend topping up 10 euros for an ebike if u plan on travelling distance

When you forget on Estonia’s flat roads that there’s an annoying creak under load — and you don’t exactly have a workshop with you in Mallorca — the best help is always at Berganti. Over the years, I’ve always received quick and professional service from the Berganti mechanics (funny enough, it’s often been the same guy helping me out 🙂). Doesn’t matter if it’s a random click, a heart rate strap battery swap, or tightening/loosening pedals — they always take care of it right away. So if you ever need a rental bike, quick mechanical help, or some stylish cycling gear, head to Berganti Bikes in Can Pastilla 😉 I also rolled by the local Factor dealer, but unfortunately they didn’t have the time or interest to deal with it — too busy, apparently (even though I didn’t see a single bike in the workshop) maybe they could take a look in three or four days. Kind of funny, really — you’re basically riding the Bugatti of the cycling world, and the official dealer can’t be bothered.

We rented 2 gravel bikes for a trip around the island and they were perfect. Thanks to their light weight and very good technical condition we managed to climb some steeper mountains and enjoyed our trip a lot. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we highly recommend this place.
