Had a flat in an old road tire and they took care of new tires in 30 minutes while I waited. Friendly and helpful. Lots of great products as well that you don’t get in the fancy shops downtown.

Quick and professional service when I had problems with my rear brake and needed a new cassette. I think this is the only shop in Mallorca that has Shimano 12-speed 11-34 cassettes ;) The shop has a good selection of spare parts and equipment that you need for the bike.

FANTASTIC service 10/10. Ordered 2 bikes for 2 people on line while at home. A week later on holiday went to the shop in Port De Pollensa. Within 10 mins. the shop had 2 sets of my own pedals fitted by the mechanic on the two spotless well serviced bikes and was on the road. No fuss, no problems, just what you would expect from a first class bike hire shop.
