The man approached with a calm confidence, the kind you only see in someone who’s mastered their craft. His knowledge? Precise. His patience? Limitless. His service? Ferocious in the best way — like he refused to let us leave without feeling like absolute winners. Every answer he gave felt like he was throwing hooks of pure wisdom.
