  I wouldn't recommend it at all. First of all, the person is not at all commercial, non chalance when you ask questions, aggressive and brief way of answering. Secondly, I wanted to rent a quad, but it turned out to be a service offered by one of his partners. When I came in the morning to pick up my quad, I found myself having to go to another place, and having to get into a van to get there, with a stranger. I was never told about this, and above all, I rented the quad for one day (actually 9 hours, as the agency opens from 9am to 7pm), but I lost 20 minutes waiting for the person to come and pick me up + 10 minutes of driving to get to the other agency + the queue I had to make again on the spot. When I asked why the quad wasn't directly on site, having rented it a day before, no sensible answer... Once again, the "shopkeeper" didn't give me a full explanation, and was annoyed for everything... The partner in question, no comment, is even worse, no respect, non-commercial ... (even though I should have been warned beforehand) I came for holidays from Belgium , but this ruined my day...

  We stayed at edificio Bilbao for 2 months and rented 2 bikes for the duration or our stay …the owner Dido is helpful, friendly and has the best bikes you can ask for …we traveled to Palma, the trains, the nearby villages without any problem …PARADISE FIR CYCLISTS ..thanks Dido ..you are the best ..just in front of the playa restaurant No 13…address in same building Danielle and Richard from 🇨🇦 Canada
