I had my own bakery in the Netherlands, stopped because we moved to the island a while ago and just found this amazing store! Bakers heaven I would say! Love the store! Much diversity, everything you need to make a beautiful cake and or sweets , prices are good and lovely employees! I will come back definitely:)

They have a great variety of products, it's true, but the service is so bad it feels like you're giving them a freebie. I've been there several times because it's one of the few places in Palma with a good selection of baking supplies! But there's always a woman with glasses working there who, if you ask her for help, won't even get up from her chair to assist you. You have to carry everything to the counter yourself. She speaks terribly to you, and if you ask her something, she answers so rudely that you feel scolded when you buy something.

A shop that has almost everything for baking, a wide variety, and excellent customer service from all the staff.
